Jakarta PPKUKm Agency Head, Elisabeth Ratu Rante Allo said his party is in synergy with Cooperatives and SME Ministry, Agung Podomoro University, Mercu Buana University, Trisakti University, Bina Nusantara University, Negeri Jakarta University, Tangan di Atas Community, and Sidina Community that have held the Entrepreneur Hub Program session V.
"Entrepreneur Hub program is implemented to support the development of small and medium enterprises," she expressed, Friday (6/9).
Welcoming City's 496th Anniversary, East Jakarta PPKUKM Holds SME BazaarShe explained the Entreprenuer Hub program aims to enhance the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in order to create established entrepreneurs, as well as innovative and sustainable businesses.
This program also has a target to increase the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia to reach one million entrepreneurs.
"This activity carries the theme of developing an entrepreneurial ecosystem to create established entrepreneurs, innovative, and sustainable businesses," she explained.
It is held to increase the entrepreneurship ratio in Indonesia, which is currently still at 3.47 percent so as to achieve the 2020-2024 RPJMN target, namely an entrepreneurial ratio of 3.95 percent and entrepreneurial growth of 4 percent in 2024.
"Besides having exceeded the target of a million entrepreneurs, the PPKUKM agency has also empowered them to be more effective and able to move up a grade," she explained.
He hoped that the program could become a pilot project, thus it could be replicated by other regions and provinces in a bid to develop entrepreneurs in each region.
"As well as providing an understanding of entrepreneurship for the participants, thus it can be applied in the process both towards upgrading MSMEs and developing business through investment," he stated.
